SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Absolutely Brilliant service from Ash at SO locksmiths. If you need a Locksmith look no further. Ash is extremely knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Gave a very reasonably priced quote for high security locks. Very importantly his excellent workmanship is coupled with a polite and friendly attitude. We were getting locks changed after just moving in and right from consultation to end of service, Ash was so professional, punctual and did a fantastic job. He even went the extra mile and made our doors sturdier with better flush finish even adjusted the height, a real gentleman. Couldn’t recommend enough. First class service did at a fixed price too so no hidden costs….came once to fit a temporary lock and a second time to complete the job. Didn’t just supply and fit …really did check lock mechanism was all working correctly. Advice on locks was honest and impartial. Was really accommodating to my schedule too. 100% recommend. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

Adrian promptly came round to sort a replacement key for my wife's car when we thought she'd lost her only key!! Luckily we found the missing key so Adrian just made us a new one (& the old key is now a spare). Far cheaper than getting fixed at a stealership & will definitely use again if we ever need new keys.
