I called Dave when I encountered a problem with my front door lock. I had attempted to fix the problem myself but wasn’t sure that I had been successful. Dave answered my call very promptly, his aim to get to me as soon as possible. He kept in touch as to timings…. I found him to be a very likeable, polite and courteous man. We had a front door emergency last week, I called this number as it was at the top of my google search .. a kind lady called Christine answered at 12.48pm, gave me quote/info and her husband Brian was here with me .. by 1.08pm!!! He changed the gearbox on door, serviced it, gave us an invoice and was gone by 1.28pm .. UNDER 1 HOUR = wow!!!!!! That is impeccable timing and outstanding service. Price wise, I compared to 2 other local companies and can confirm Brian & Christine charge the same as everyone else (it seems to be a “standard fee of around £70/£75 for most locksmiths call out fee). I can’t express enough how happy I was with this entire experience .. considering I was panicking at home with a new born baby and couldn’t lock my front door.. and needed to get out urgently for an appointment. My husband called CAP Security Locksmiths at around 10am this morning, explaining that we could not lock our front door. Despite having a very busy schedule planned, Brian and his son kindly fitted us in their day and were here by 2.15pm. Within the hour, they had fixed the issue. My husband and I also had a lovely chat with them that brightened a rainy day! They are very friendly, professional guys who charged us a very fair price. Their number is now stored on my phone should I need to call a locksmith again. Highly recommended!

I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! He phoned as soon as the new lock came in and fitted it very well. He was also polite and friendly. Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Contacted Rockhopper via their website contact form around 5:30pm and explained that my UPVc front door wouldn't open and the locking mechanism was jammed. Within minutes i had a response from Dave saying he could pop by the following day and would call me prior to visiting. True to his word Dave and his apprentice Leo arrived and had the door open in no time at all. Dave ordered a replacement locking mechanism and explained it would be delivered next day and he would return to fit it then, which he did, again with great communication on his ETA. All in all i cant praise Dave and his team enough on the thorough professionalism, friendliness and transparency on the work they conducted. At no point did I feel like they were doing anything that wasn't in the best interest of me and my home. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone in need of a Locksmith. After being told by another shoesmith that my £135 pair of boots couldn't be repaired I was in the process of binning them. However, my mum told me to take them here and although the repair was a tricky one they managed to restore them back, bear in mind this cost just £10. Please keep putting your money into businesses like this, they actually care about pleasing their customers unlike others.

The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace.
