The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. Steve also went out his way by more than 1 hour to collect the part required to sign this job off. If needed again in the future for any service I would not hesitate to call Birch Locksmiths.

Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. Wayne rescued us late on Friday afternoon when our front door locking mechanism jammed and we couldn't even close it. He arrived really quickly and sorted it straight away. Fantastic communication, fast, efficient, and friendly. Absolutely couldn't fault him. Highly recommend.

We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. Although the problem wasn’t particularly urgent, Wayne came the same afternoon, which meant he worked through until early evening last Friday. Wayne is friendly and professional and we felt confident in his expertise. He identified the problem, replaced the lock mechanism and the door now works better than it has ever done.

I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! He phoned as soon as the new lock came in and fitted it very well. He was also polite and friendly. Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend.

Very reasonable prices, called when on en-route so I could return home (locked out with no easy access to internet or phone). The gentleman was very professional and opened by door within seconds, with no damage. I was worried about setting up a new payee on my banking system but he had a card payment machine, so payment was easy. All in all a fantastic service for a reasonable price. SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!
