Focus were able to get out to us rapidly when locked out in the evening - they gave a realistic time to get here that was kept to, very reasonable pricing for labour and also parts required. Not only that, they went above and beyond helping repair door latches and offer maintenance advice for our locks to prevent future issues. I've only had two keys cut, so I can only comment on the Father & Son who were so helpful on the phone and at the shop. So on that experience I would recommend them anytime.

The lock on a large roof box was stuck, two days before a holiday. Within minutes, Roland Security had identified the type of key and cut new ones. Excellent service at a good price which has saved a lot of money on a new lock or worse, a new roof box! Thank you and I know where I shall be getting my keys cut in the future. Recommended.

Had a front door that wouldn't lock properly, and they were able to come out for first thing the next day. A tricky problem but all sorted quickly and everything explained in detail along the way. Absolutely great experience. We had two double glazed units fitted, one including a cat flap. Mark priced up the work via email before and stuck to his estimate, had the work completed as fast as possible, and ensured a great fit and a great look.

Mark is a true expert and professional. He has re-aligned doors for us, adjusted a door & locking mechanism plus offered some very good security and maintenance advice. Absolutely cannot recommend Mark enough. One of our main display windows at the front of the shop had blown so Mark was entailed with replacing it for us. Communication from him was excellent and he accomodated us by working around the shop's opening times. He was also kind enough to move a large heavy planter we have outside the shop for me! He worked swiftly and tidily. I now have him bookmarked should I need his services in the future. The only downside is that he left the newly replaced window so sparkling clean it showed up how grubby all the others were and I had to get out with my tub of windowleen.

What a fantastic service and such incredible value for money! It was a complex job (sorting out two windows where the lock had atrophied locked shut) and Norman sorted it out very quickly and at a phenomenally low cost. I was expecting a much bigger bill, considering the work involved. I recommend Norman to anyone else in the Caversham/Reading area and will definitely look to use him again, if needed. Customer service was just great. Payment via card was simple as well.

I must apologise for the delay in posting a review as promised. I needed a key safe for my mother who had recently had a stroke. I contact ALS as the Yale type lock was not operating and I was locked out. They attend within 20 minutes and gained access. They lock had worked loose causing the issue. They tightened all the loose parts and all worked perfectly. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend ASL locksmiths and the well stocked shop which I have previously used .
