Tony was exceptional. He managed to fit me in around his other jobs, arrived within 5 minutes of me calling, and solved the issue with zero fuss and no damage to the door. Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service. Arrived promptly and diagnosed the fault quickly and made a temporary repair. Ordered the part and it was fitted within a couple of days. Also, the handles were cleaned and the lock is working better than ever. Reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend them for any job needing to be undertaken.

We desperately needed a Locksmith Engineer one late Saturday afternoon, and after getting in touch with this company and speaking to a gentleman named Tony, he was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to come out to us in less than half an hour. The engineer was very friendly, proficient and carried out the work to a great standard.
