Just had George (his name is George not John!) round this afternoon to replace a broken yale front door lock. He was great. Good communication before, turned up on time, provided sound advice and replaced the lock all within 60 mins. Look no further if you need help in the lock department.

Karen changed our lock and, in addition, realigned the door to make the lock as effective as possible for the security mechanism. She even left to source a more suitable lock than the one she brought, returning shortly afterwards. She has given us sound advice in the past that has saved us money as well. I highly recommend London Lock & Glass. They are professional friendly, experienced and very thorough. We've had countless issues with our bi-fold doors since the builder installed them. We've never managed to get them to operate smoothly as they should, until the team at London Lock & Glass came and sorted them out completely. They were really quick to respond to our initial enquiry, unlike many who don't even get back to you. He came and did an initial review of the problem and a quote on the same day. The very next day he squeezed us in and got the job done. The team completely fixed the door, correcting the errors of the previous builder who had installed it. He took his time to make sure it was all working correctly and didn't leave until he was happy it was working in good order. Brilliant job, completely recommend them.

Phoned Origin for advice on repairing our bi fold doors and they recommended using London Lock and Glass. Phil and Carl were amazing. Can't rate them highly enough. They managed to squeeze our repair in there and then, immediately confirmed the problem and effectively, efficiently resolved it. Their considerable experience and expertise quickly shone through and they were kind enough to explain things to me as they went along. Stan the Keyman came to fix my car key again (7 rs later) and he remembered me (good memory). He is funny, gorgeous, cheeky (and recently single!). He did a fine job and came out despite the flower show being on and me being reasonably close thereto ... and the Hampton Court Traffic. He also gave me tips re how to avoid the same happening again. Can definitely recommend.
