Our good old boiler finally broke down earlier this month. Andi came on the same day, listened to our thoughts about new boiler and helped us to make an informed decision. He and his colleague completed the removal of old boiler and installation of the new one in one day and even helped us to fix one other unrelated thing on the same day. Sorted out the warranty, installed new carbon dioxide alarm that we bought separately from B&Q (old one expired). Good service, friendly, polite, flexible to listen, discuss options and suggest solutions, well organised and cleaned up upon completion of the job. Costwise, not cheap but definitely reasonable by London standards (based on Which? and other information googled). We paid upfront for the boiler and then for installation upon completion. Bottomline: happy with the service and happy to recommend.

Very professional and very good service. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

Derek gave great clear advice which was reassuring and helped us make a decision. He was on time and friendly, prompt communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. No issues would recommend.him and use again without hesitation. (Advice re shower replacement or mixer bath taps to replace broken electric shower, then electric shower install)

Derek came to do our annual central heating service, to fit a new magnetic filter and fix an overflowing toilet cistern. He completed all these tasks efficiently and tidily and also fitted a new valve as part of fixing the water heating control. He has also been very helpful to me in deciding the best way forward for upgrading the water heating control. This is the 3rd year Pristine have completed our heating and plumbing requirements. I can't fault any of his work, he is always friendly and helpful, and I would happily recommend Pristine to anyone else.

I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

I required a boiler and radiators installation which is not a small job. From the off, Adam and the team provided a very personal engaging service, going above and beyond (for example to assist in answering my queries about style or size of radiator). The advice and recommendations were always well explained and the whole installation was above my expectations. I would highly recommend Flush and would use them again with any future works required. We've used this firm for plumbing on two occasions now. They have been utterly reliable, turning up on time and doing the job perfectly. Indeed the last time the person who came went further then he needed to, going back to his office to find some fresh insulation to an external pipe then returning and fitting it for us.
