Great company to deal with. The communication from Lisa was prompt friendly and helpful. For some jobs it’s more important to know someone is coming over on the day they are due than to have them right away and it was great not to be leaving hundreds of messages just to get a reply like some plumbers. Oz himself was friendly polite and helpful too and Lisa gave us updates close to the time on when he would come so we could plan our day. The work (change a shower valve in a bar shower and service a combo boiler) was completed quickly and to a good standard from what I can see. The price was very fair. Five stars and I would definitely use them again!

Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home. He also explained patiently how the boiler and thermostat work, as well as answering my many questions as he worked. Lisa is great on the admin side, too. I’m very pleased I found this company

My family have a house that had a bad gas leak, my Neighbour used Suki last year for installing a new heating system and was very please with his work, so I phoned Suki, the leak was very difficult to find being under the floor, but Suki did not give up, working through without stopping till 19.30. He repaired the pipe work and throughly tested it and all appliances. his price was fair and reasonable, highly recommended, we intend to use him again for all gas and plumbing work.

Heat Plex have done an outstanding job. I have had a major leak that has accumulated over years resulting in the ceiling and walls caving in, rot and mould. The team did a brilliant job, obviously sorted it all, all the time being very communicative, updating me along the way, collaboratively working with me with any issues and relevant work. They were very fair and transparent with pricing. Highly reccomend the team.

Vasil promptly came out to help with a broken boiler. A proper heating engineer, he clearly knew the ins and outs of the boiler, and was quick to diagnose the problem (albeit sadly the boiler was coming to the end of it's life). Accompanied by Ryan, an apprentice (it was good to see a company supporting the apprentice scheme), both were very helpful and informative in patiently explaining how and what to do to prolong the life of the boiler until it's replacement. Really impressed and would recommend.

The experience with HeatPlex was very good. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. We discussed a number of points about the boiler and highlighted some things that will need to be done by me. He was very professional. A small but very important point, he took his shoes off at the door unprompted (we’re a shoe free house) which I thought showed great respect.

Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day. Rhys turned up with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job within 1 hour. Same day response when my boiler broke on the coldest day of the year. A nice chap called Leand arrived and fixed it quickly as well as giving me some good longer-term advice on boiler maintenance. Pimlico is not a cheap option but the response time and quality of the service was definitely worth it for me
