I rang Polkadot Plumbers on a Tuesday to rectify a problem created by another plumbing company. They arranged for Liam to come on the Wednesday evening. He came and diagnosed a problem with a kitchen tap cartridge and repaired it quickly with a replacement part I had picked up. This eliminated the constant squealing and dripping left from the previous company. Liam was extremely helpful and fast in correcting the problem. Liam also clearly explained what was happening. I would definitely use Polkadot and Liam again.

Thoroughly recommend Polkadot Plumbers for quick and efficient service. But don't forget they also have electricians and one of theirs guys did a very speedy job this morning sorting out an LED problem. And they are very nice people to deal with!

Great service from booking through to completion. The engineer that came explained everything she carried out, showing me pictures and thee inside of our HVAC unit. Making payment was very easy and the bill wasn't eye watering as some companies had quoted much higher.

Luke arrived on time and assessed to problem with the wall hung WC which was leaking . He fitted new parts and made sure the part he was fitting was of good quality . Very happy with the service provided .

Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Just had a new boiler, central heating and gas pipe installed, along with moving a soil stack. Byron and the team were very knowledgable and helpful. The work is very neat and tidy and the team are very efficient. You can tell that they take pride in their work and have great attention to detail. Highly recommend the team at Priority Plumbing. Everyone at Priority plumbing has amazing knowledge. I have had a bathroom installed, new boiler, boiler services and call outs with them and every time I come out of the conversation learning something new about plumping or heating. Every member I have interacted with have always been happy to provide advice and information so much so sometimes this advice leads to me saving a lot of money. We had an aged / failing boiler system which needed replacing along with radiators throughout the property requiring power flushing and we appointed Mr. Byron and team based on their fair / comprehensive proposals but more importantly the sound professional advice they provided during our initial conversation - Mr. Byron was very patient in his explanations, answering my questions and presented options to suit our requirements. Mr. Byron and team were always very punctual, professional, pro-active, provided robust solutions, very accommodating to our aesthetic requirements and coordinated the works very efficiently amongst his team. Excellent joinery work, great finishing and overall very professional workmanship. My family were also present at the time and the team were very considerate to our requirements around the house. Fast forward over a year and the boiler system is continuing to work efficiently - In addition, Priority Plumbing have assisted several times on short notice jobs such as a radiator and tap replacement with again services and quality delivered to a very high standard. Priority Plumbing are my go to professionals for this work and would highly recommend Mr. Byron and the team.

We needed urgent gas pipe and cooker repairs following gas leaks. Sinead did her best to find us an appointment as quickly as possible, it's been a pleasure communicating with her. Sadler gas engineers were very efficient, did a high quality job with the repairs, and did all the checks so we could also get our gas safety certificate. I recommend this company.

Lee was so helpful over the phone when I called on a Sunday evening about my boiler. He talked me through the potential issues & advised me to increase the pressure on my boiler myself instead of getting a call out. The issue was resolved, I didn’t have to pay for a call out but Lee will definitely be my first call if I ever need a plumber again. Fab customer service!

Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!

I woke up to a broken pipe in my front garden. I called Beatrice Plumbing and they were out very quickly. Once there, Plusheat and Lawrence did an amazing job, were professional, very nice, and were reasonable with the price. They even took special care to make sure none of my plants were damaged. Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. I can't recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience. They were able to get an engineer out quickly who sorted a plumbing issue out within an hour of arriving and at the quoted price. The engineer was very friendly and professional, and from requesting the work to paying the invoice everything felt extremely streamlined. I felt in the loop the entire time. I rarely give a review but on this occasion, I'm giving WPJ a thumbs up. Ross and the trainee apprentice turned up on time with all the parts needed to carry out the repair. The repair was carried in a timely manner and the necessary checks done after. The pricing for the job was reasonable.

Had a plumbing emergency this morning and called Pimlico Plumbers. Confirmed plumber availability within 5 min and plumber (Simon) arrived within the hour. I could not be happier with the service - Simon quickly determined what the issue was and suggested repairs. I was kept informed throughout and everything was left neat and tidy when he finished. From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day. Rhys turned up with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job within 1 hour.
