Really helpful and professional service. They responded within an hour of my call and reassured me that my boiler could be repaired that day. I was worried about the cost because of the strain that the COVID-19 pandemic has put on me financially but the good people of Battersea and Clapham Plumbing were so understanding and charged me a more than acceptable price for the great service and repair that was carried out so well and professionally by them. I strongly recommend.

Truly excellent service. Came round very quickly and fixed boiler instantly. When I had a later issue (as a result of my incompetence!) he even came round free of charge and wouldn't accept payment (despite my insistence). Couldn't recommend enough!

We arrived home with our newborn at 02:00 to find the combi boiler had decided to break. I called a few people but everyone was busy and couldn't see us the same day or following day. I phoned Plumbing Plumbers and when I mentioned our newborn he said he would get round first thing tomorrow which was great, he then phoned back to say he'd managed to juggle bookings and could be round in a few hours - life saver! The fault with the boiler was fixed quickly and another issue was also found and fixed. Can't recommend Plumbing Plumbers enough, I'm so pleased I've found them and will use them for all plumbing needs from now on.

Shabs was professional, helpful and very pleasant. Not only he installed my gas meter box perfectly, he also fixed a fault that other gas companies could not fixed at a reasonable price. I would be recommending him to family and friends for his excellent services and reasonable prices.

Used this service on behalf of my nan who had an issue with her tap. Answered the phone straight away and was able to come the very next day. He fixed my Nan’s tap within 5 minutes. She was so stressed about it and had been ripped off by a previous plumber who left her with no hot water in the kitchen. He made my nan feel safe and secure and tried to help with the previous plumber. He went above and beyond and charged a reasonable price for the service, considering today’s climate. Thank you!

Fantastic service. I called Andy after having British Gas come in to fix my boiler. They left my heating disconnected for 3 days and then cancelled on me twice. There was not a thing I could do. One of Andys employees came round and quoted a third of the price and my boiler was fixed within hours. I use Andy religiously now! A local company who care about the local people

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. This young man was exceptional. He explained fully what he was going to do to fit our radiator and new toilet. He involved me in decisions on any changes before doing them.
