This young man was exceptional. He explained fully what he was going to do to fit our radiator and new toilet. He involved me in decisions on any changes before doing them. Very polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He has agreed to come back and do our shower room overhaul. Delighted with his work and attention to detail. It's a stark contrast, to have a tradesman of his calibre in our home....after having some real clangers in the past.

Contacted DJB Plumbing & Heating to replace faulty underfloor heating pump. Dylan carried out works the same day without any hassle. Nice to see good, honest and professional plumber. Well Done.
As soon as I posted my heating issue Dylan responded in no time and booked a consultation for the very next day. He investigated and bled all the radiators and had a look at the boiler and thermostat as well. Very informative and answered all my questions. Will definitely contact again for any future work that needs to be done!
