Prompt service when I was stuck in a bind. Encountered a broken faucet where I had to close main water valve in order to stop water flow. Called up other plumbers who promised to show up on Saturday and never bothered to even call. Instead I called Pacific Solutiond Sunday morning and Anderson responded promptly. After showing him pictures of the broken faucet, he arrived with a new faucet and went straight to work. Was done in a couple of hours and must say thank you to Anderson once again. Couldn’t recommend this plumber more! Anderson was brilliant - he arrived within 3 hours of my call when my boiler suddenly started leaking water. He was super friendly, fixed the boiler really quickly and explained everything to me clearly so I now feel much better able to handle future boiler problems. Really helpful and professional service. They responded within an hour of my call and reassured me that my boiler could be repaired that day. Truly excellent service. Came round very quickly and fixed boiler instantly. When I had a later issue (as a result of my incompetence!) he even came round free of charge and wouldn't accept payment (despite my insistence). Couldn't recommend enough!

Jimmy is an exceptional plumber, and I highly recommend him. He arrived promptly and completed the work to a very high standard. He installed two new radiators, taking great care to ensure they were level and regularly checking that I was happy with his progress. He was very tidy, cleaning up and even painted around the rawl plugs. After the installation, when he turned the boiler on for the first time since summer, we discovered a leak caused by a builder who had drilled through a pipe in another part of the house. Jimmy quickly found the leak and replaced the damaged pipe at no additional cost. A really professional yet personal approach. I found Northcote Plumbers on CheckaTrade and from my first call with the owner onwards they have been great to deal with. I rang Polkadot Plumbers on a Tuesday to rectify a problem created by another plumbing company. They arranged for Liam to come on the Wednesday evening. He came and diagnosed a problem with a kitchen tap cartridge and repaired it quickly with a replacement part I had picked up. This eliminated the constant squealing and dripping left from the previous company. Liam was extremely helpful and fast in correcting the problem. Liam also clearly explained what was happening. I would definitely use Polkadot and Liam again.

Honestly some of the best tradespeople we've ever worked with. Don't use anyone else for your plumbing. Dave was great to deal with in terms of sorting what was needed for the job. His colleague Josh came and did the work: dual fuel adaptor fitting for towel rad, removal of old rad, installing new cast iron rad, sorting waste pipe for kitchen sink through external wall. Josh was fantastic! Really polite, super knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and most importantly the work looks super neat & tidy. A breath of fresh air to get such diligent work done. I highly recommend McHOW. Dave sent Josh to my property for a gas certificate which went smoothly. However unaware at the time, on completion of the job a louder the usual ticking on the boiler clock had somehow occurred. Dave was very helpful when I got in touch and sent Josh back the following day to disconnect the clock and solve the issue. I live in Wapping and recommend their services *****
