Highly recommend this company, Dan and his team came to replace and move a faulty boiler in our new home. Very hardworking and friendly team who got it all done in less than a day. Got us booked in as soon as they could and gave us a good quote. We have also just used them again to disconnect an old gas oven and hob and reconnect the new with short notice, very happy with the end results and will definitely be using them again when we need to! :)

DK Gas were very responsive when i contacted them about issues with our old boiler and fit us in quickly (much appreciated at this time of year!). They gave us options to repair but we asked to replace due to the age and efficiency of our old boiler. Wictor came and replaced our old boiler and we are very happy with the service given! He was polite and everything was left clean and tidy. He also clearly explained to me how to use the new boiler. Pleased with the price which was competitive with much larger companies with the bonus of using a local company which is always my preference!

Absolutely outstanding job from start to finish when my boiler lost pressure and started making an horrendous noise with water leaking out of the back. They responded within 1.5hours of an emergency call and within 48hours I had a new boiler fitted which was incredibly speedy even on the day of fitting. Both gentleman who came were polite and let me know every step. Highly recommend this company to anyone and if I have any other problems in the future they would be my first point of contact.

I had an issue with my boiler and found DK Gas Professional through a quick Google search. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give them a call. The engineer arrived within 2 hours and quickly and efficiently fixed the boiler. Excellent customer service from start to finish. This morning my radiator was chucking out water like nobody's business. I was in desperate need of an emergency plumber so I called this company and they were out in a flash to get everything repaired and working fine for me .

Chris and his colleague came out the same day to look at a boiler failure. They got it working again temporarily and ordered the part that was needed. They quickly came back to install within a couple days and now the problem is fixed. This was after another company came out three times to diagnose the problem which they couldn’t do. Great communication from Heather and great service – highly recommend!

Our boiler broke down 4 days ago and Chris from Gubbs came out the next day to see if he could fix it. As the boiler was old and not a very good one, the part required to fix it was not worth it so we opted for a new boiler. We had obtained other quotes but Gubbs was the best and they were able to fit it 2 days later and it was a Sunday! They also took away all the waste and rubbish. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job at a great price.

Great service and value. They came out to my house at short notice after someone messed my central heating up. Were very understanding of my situation having no hot water and heating and needing it fixed quickly as I have a yoing child in the house. Gubbs was recommended to me via a Facebook group that I’m in as they are local to me. Heather responded quickly to my enquiry and we were booked in within a few days as Chris was away at the time. All issues were solved efficiently and professionally and I would have no hesitation in contacting them to help with any other issues or recommend them.

Very efficient service. The repairs carried out on our underfloor heating manifold was quite difficult due to access to the manifold, this phase the engineers they were very competant and friendly. The repair estimate was aheared to.

Super experienced and responsive plumber. I called for fixing my sink and tap yesterday. And every thing was done this morning. Very quick, polite and helpful. Came out at on a Sunday at very short notice. Really nice man who did not rush what needed to be done and did not overcharge despite it being an emergency call out. Definitely recommend Petro if you're in a fix with a blocked drain

If you are in the Loughborough area and need your drain unblocked, don't waste time calling anybody else. Petro came out within an hour of the call, cleared the blockage and chekced all the drains. Left everything very clean, all at a reasonable price!

9:15 Friday night and discovered water running out of a light switch in our hall and running onto the floor…! Called Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and Lewis was on site by 10:00 Drained down the central heating system and made everything safe so we could call our insurers the next day. Lewis was a nice guy to chat with, it was a pleasure to meet him. At all times polite and well mannered in conversations around the plumbing problems I had and what was needed for the fixes. I needed bits doing on one bathroom sink, one kitchen sink and one bathroom toilet. I had Ross to do some much needed therapy to my heating system after an original consultation, replaced a few radiators flushed out all of the old radiators and flushed the whole system. I would highly recommend Ross and his work! Honest, reliable and everything was carried at to an excellent standard. He is definitely my plumber of choice now.

Have always recieved excellent service from this company ,no job to big or small and always with a smile. Had my bathroom completed renovated, new suite,floor and walls tiled, recieved excellent advice on best suite to purchase for the space l have, and the best grout colour for my tiles. The bathroom looks superb. Also had a Worcester combi boiler fitted,again excellent service ,the best price quoted,less than half the price others had quoted,a nice clean job and has cut my gas bills down too. I couldn't recommend highly enough!
