The engineer Ahmed is very professional and friendly, he made sure all the pipes connected to the kitchen sink and dishwasher are properly cleared. And he even waited until we tested the dishwasher is functioning well. PIPEDIX’s prompt response on WhatsApp and punctuality are greatly appreciated.

Got my boiler up and running to get me through a weekend of no heat/water and then a few days later replaced the boiler. All went to plan! Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with the repairs the technicians did at my home. A very thorough diagnoses was performed to determine the water leak. The technicians are top flight. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, what more can I say.

These guys are excellent - my toilet was blocked and I live in a small flat with only one toilet so I was in a pretty difficult situation that needed sorted ASAP. I tried another plumber who quoted me a fee of £119 and said they couldn't come until 2 - 6pm, and weren't able to even give me an exact time! This guy turned up in under an hour, sorted the problem in 10 minutes and was much, much cheaper. Overall great service and I'd highly recommend .

Really happy with the work done. Communication was great - sorted an appointment really easily. On the day arrived on time and gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. I had an emergency late New Years Eve. I could not turn off my shower and the mains tap was stuck. I randomly chose a plumber and Paul answered promptly and he came to my home quickly. He turned the water off from outside my house and located the problem. I needed a new shower, and he came back and fitted that Jan 2nd. His prices were reasonable, his work was excellent and he said he will come back to change the stuck mains tap to a lever. I highly recommend East London Plumbers LTD.

⭐⭐ Take two more stars! Andrei is a true professional! He replaced three rads and fixed a problem with fluctuating hot and cold water to the taps by replacing a plate heat exchanger. His prices are very competitive, his explanations show a lot of knowledge and experience and I will definitely be using him from now on for boiler servicing and any plumbing repairs! I've now booked him to replace all other rads in the summer when funds and weather are better. Can't wait... Thank you so much.
