Thank you to the Boiler & Heating Care team (especially Shaqir) for being thorough and professional in dealing with my emergency with the boiler. It seems that the previous engineer did not service the boiler as they were paid to do so had no hot water or heating on the most coldest day of the year. Luckily I got in contact with Shaqir and he was there when we needed him and he diagnosed and treated the problem there and then. Worth every penny for a decent, honest and friendly service.

This Company provide excellent service - they managed to fix my boiler when two other firms completely failed and I had been left without heating or hot water for 10 days over the Xmas/New Year period. Boiler & Heating Care provided a prompt service within 24 hours, with regular updates about what was happening. I highly recommend them.

I had my boiler repaired last year. The boiler had quite a few issues and I was contemplating changing it. They literally made it brand new at a fraction of the cost I would have paid for a new one. This company did an excellent job with my cylindrical boiler. They managed to replace four components and now my boiler is in great condition. They were always responsive to all my queries before and after the repair (fast and friendly as well). I’m very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend them!!
