We chose to use Blaydon Bathrooms for our self build project (3 bathrooms plus cloakroom). This was based on previous experience of working with David and also Dave Morris for installation, at our previous property. Thankfully, once again they did not disappoint. Kevin dealt with our consultation from start to finish, and was extremely patient, given that we had an awful lot to choose, and many changes and amendments (some last minute!) to make. The advice we received was excellent, and Kevin was always available to visit site, and give sound advice on design ideas. We’d used Dave Morris for fitting previously, and himself and Kenny once again did a fantastic job. Extremely tidy, and professional. From wet room installation, to tiling and bath mounted on a plinth with a view! Gregg’s job on my son’s en suite was also excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the work, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blaydon Bathrooms in the future. In fact we already have

I had both of the bathrooms completely altered a few months back. The entire works took around 4 weeks with a small gap in between. Blaydon Bathrooms visited initially, took some images and re designed both rooms. Over a couple of visits with David, we eventually decides on the right design & features. I also changed the tiles in the 2nd bathroom after a last min change and Kevin was really helpful in assisting. The rooms look great & would definitely recommend.

The service we have received from Blaydon Bathrooms has been first class. From start to finish, the professionalism has shone through and they have been keen to ensure that everything was done to the very best standard. When we brought a couple of snags to their attention, they were quick to resolve the issues, and nothing was ever too much. We absolutely LOVE our bathrooms - the en-suite in particular is my sanctuary and even better than I had imagined. Thank you!

Great customer service, with very friendly and helpful staff. Jack from the showroom was amazing, with good communication and always happy to help with anything, however small. The designers were great and we love how the new bathroom looks. The fitter, Connor, did a great job and although the job took longer than expected (due to issues specific to our property), it was done to a very high standard and we are incredibly pleased with the whole process and finished product. I chose Blaydon Bathrooms for a quote for a new bathroom redesign and fit, after such amazing reviews. From initial contact, I was made to feel at ease and with absolutely no pressure, which seems unusual nowadays. After the initial consultation, I was invited to the showroom to go through design, price, look at products etc. Again, the whole experience was fabulous and they make you feel at ease, Andrew was great, but all staff I came across were very friendly. Nothing was a bother and no pressure at all, I got to look around the showroom, select products, change items, look at colour schemes etc, then leave with an idea but time to think and make a decision. I went with the design after a few changes and awaited the bathroom make over. Ian and Paul did the majority of the bathroom and they were fabulous, everything, even the tiniest issue was resolved and contact was amazing, can not fault these guys. Anthony, the joiner did a great job, again some issues but all rectified and to a high standard. Dave was in regular contact which was really appreciated, although my mam is still waiting for her chocolates, haha. I'm absolutely thrilled with the end product of my amazing bathroom, which I was constantly informed I would be, and although having doubts at times was not disappointed. I really would recommend this company, and already have. Thanks to all involved.
