Used BPS today to help my 94 year old father with a stuck plug. Could not have asked for more, arrived within no time, straight in and on with the job. Was honest with an estimate, job done in no time as well. Perfect replacement plug suitable for FIL. Will definitely be using again when needed!

First class service. I rang 8:30 for my Mum's dripping tap. Stu was there at 11:45 and everything sorted by 13:00. Very professional, kind and considerate especially as my Mum is 89. I would highly recommend. Thank you Stu.

Called Stu at 10.00 today regarding a leaking radiator. He asked me to send details and he would be attend today.. he arrived at 10.45 and by 11.30 the leak was all sorted and for a great price! Absolutely fantastic! Discovered a small leak at start of the wknd, by Monday morning Stu was on site and by lunch that same day it was all sorted. Knows his stuff! Very happy with the service and would def use again and recommend to family/friends!
