EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. When they came they arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job quickly! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!

From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day. Rhys turned up with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job within 1 hour. I have already told friends and family about my experience and how easy and quick they responded.
