We have used CW Plumbing this past year when we moved into the area for a number of jobs. Each time they have been punctual, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Colin communicates with us really well, and we have always felt confident with the work he has carried out. Quotes are always clear and detailed, and offer good value which is reflected in the quality of their work. Our most recent project (which should have been a simple service and check) quickly became a much more complex job due to past issues with the boiler which emerged during the job. Colin was amazing - working with the manufacturer to solve the issue quickly by focussing on finding a solution, and making multiple visits and saving us a great deal of money in the long run.

Not only did they sort both our plumbing issues in one visit (fixing our boiler and installing kitchen taps), but Ellis also took the time to explain clearly what he was doing - so we now have the knowledge to sort the boiler issue should it reoccur in the future. Great service from Colin and his son. Fitted new taps in bathroom, checked boiler settings, fitted new toilet seat. Friendly, courteous and they did a great job. Colin kept me informed about cost of parts before purchasing. I will definitely use them again, phone number saved! Thank you both.

Very quick response to my original inquiry. Good service , replaced the cartridges in my dripping kitchen mixer tap. Efficient,competent and friendly plumber. More reasonable price than many were charging. I would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic job done replacing a corner thermostatic shower and a heated towel rail. Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items. I particularly appreciated how he found solutions to tricky installation points (such as pipes not being aligned). I’ll definitely be using them again!

I highly recommend, Ben's Plumbing. TOP quality service, professional, service delivered in a timely manner and without procrastination. For reference, they fixed a major leak in my apartment after a disastrous bathroom refurbishment. They also completed the finishing in my bathroom, sealing, installed heating rack etc. This company is a rare find indeed, if I could give an extra star I certainly would!

From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day. Rhys turned up with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job within 1 hour. I have already told friends and family about my experience and how easy and quick they responded.

I cannot rate Pimlico Plumbers highly enough. We have had them in for two separate issues in our house - a broken boiler and some radiators that needed replacing. On both occasions, the engineers (Martin and Shay) were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely skilled. They were honest with regards to costs and timelines, which I highly valued.
