EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Quick, helpful and very good value! We had a leaky WC cistern and a radiator that wasn't heating up. Eddie and the team were friendly and efficient throughout and I very much would recommend them.

Working with Josh and the Pulse team has been amazing! They’ve been responsive and always on time - the works took us a bit longer than expected due to unexpected cancellations by other traders but Josh and the team were always ready and available. Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. Will definitely use for any future needs.

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Colin came to the rescue of my 83 year old mother who had repeated problems with no hot water or heating. In total, six British Gas engineers failed to find the problem and Colin in his first visit worked it out. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was professional, through and extremely respectful of my elderly mother. A very friendly, efficient plumber/ heating specialist.

Colin and his son were great. Very friendly and professional. They replaced our boiler and sorted out the plumbing and installed new radiators. It was all done very quick, they were clean and tidy and the pipe work was very neat and top spec. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend them enough - professional, capable and thorough. Colin arrived with 10 mins when called for a burst pipe and a flood. He sorted it in minutes but had the the sense of mind to film the extent of the damage, record the cause and communicate throughout. This really helps with insurance claim. I was not there and he made a very stressful situation manageable. I will only be using CW in future and can not recommend them enough! fantastic company.

The team were amazing! They fixed my leaking tap incredibly quickly whilst also explaining the process to me. They then noticed a leak in a pipe from my boiler (which I had forgotten to mention) and they fixed that too! Great job.

Nil and his colleague did an amazing job. I'd been trying to get hold of a plumber for days, with everyone cancelling, and they came to the rescue. Very efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend them more highly

I contacted NP Works for replacing some radiators. Nil was very quick to respond and organised coming around to have a look. He gave us clear advice regarding radiator types, which was very useful to someone who does not know much about radiators. He scheduled in the job promptly. There were some issues with our walls and heating supply which Nil dealt with quickly whilst keeping me informed throughout. The new radiators are working very well indeed! We also had them install a light in the living room, which was perfomed efficiently by Sean. I received a detailed invoice and Nil has subsequently been in contact to ensure things have been functioning smoothly. Communication with NP Works has been much better than most teams I've dealt with! Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and I will be reaching out to them again for any future house tasks.

Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job.
