Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. When they came they arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job quickly! Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Colin came to the rescue of my 83 year old mother who had repeated problems with no hot water or heating. In total, six British Gas engineers failed to find the problem and Colin in his first visit worked it out. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was professional, through and extremely respectful of my elderly mother. A very friendly, efficient plumber/ heating specialist.

Here's a man who absolutely loves his craft, and gives clients a bit more than a job well done. He gives you a touch of class. I recently hired C.W. Services to do my bathroom. Can’t recommend them enough - professional, capable and thorough. Colin arrived with 10 mins when called for a burst pipe and a flood. He sorted it in minutes but had the the sense of mind to film the extent of the damage, record the cause and communicate throughout. This really helps with insurance claim. I was not there and he made a very stressful situation manageable. I will only be using CW in future and can not recommend them enough! fantastic company.

Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. The engineer who came to do the boiler service was punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The invoice and payment process was also quick and efficient. I will be happy to use Aren again.

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I'm glad I chose Aren Heating & pluming. They was able to send out a gas engineer to Install my brand new cooker. From when I booked the appointment the engineer arrived at my property on the same day within minutes. Friendly engineer got straight to work and did a great job. I contacted NP Works for replacing some radiators. Nil was very quick to respond and organised coming around to have a look. He gave us clear advice regarding radiator types, which was very useful to someone who does not know much about radiators. He scheduled in the job promptly. There were some issues with our walls and heating supply which Nil dealt with quickly whilst keeping me informed throughout. The new radiators are working very well indeed! We also had them install a light in the living room, which was perfomed efficiently by Sean. I received a detailed invoice and Nil has subsequently been in contact to ensure things have been functioning smoothly. Communication with NP Works has been much better than most teams I've dealt with! Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and I will be reaching out to them again for any future house tasks.

I can't recommend Nilesh highly enough! After three days without heating, he came to the rescue and did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my thermostat and heating valve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get everything up and running again. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also took the time to explain everything clearly. Nil and team came to fix our leaking boiler on the day that we contacted them, super quick! They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and then came to fix on Friday evening so the problem went away before the weekend. John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. Will definitely use for any future needs.

Great- came to fix a leak in a pipe that was urgent . Great communication and very happy with the work done . Also I mentioned a heated towel rail that I had previously been told could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. Darren fixed it and got it working again . Highly Recommend.
