Viktor came to my flat to assess a boiler issue I had earlier this year. He was very quick to assess the situation, and detailed in explaining the issue and honest about the best course of action, which I appreciated. He came back, fitted a brand new boiler which looked great, he triple checks the work, is tidy and was really friendly with my dog ( which was a massive bonus). Anyway the boiler he fitted has had no issues and works better than it did before. He also fitted some taps which I sourced. All in all he’s a decent, reliable local plumber who I would happily use again And highly recommend!
Our boiler died suddenly on New Year's Eve. Viktor Prenga, our popular and respected local plumbing engineer worked tirelessly through his weekend with a colleague to install our brand new boiler. Complex job. Excellent service. Well priced. Thank you. 5 Stars.
Viktor has helped us with plumbing issues on a couple of occasions and been absolutely brilliant. Always very responsive and helpful. He had also done work for neighbours who have been very pleased. Highly recommend.
Without a doubt would recommend Viktor! Great communicator and very efficient. We didn’t have hot running water and he replaced our old boiler with a new one in a day!! He’s knowledgable and explained everything to us, and also has a good sense of humour! Thanks again!
