Paul has been checking and maintaining the boiler in our flat for two years now as well as fixing ad hoc issues with the dishwasher. He is friendly, quick to respond, reliable and reasonably priced. We are lucky to have found him! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. Paul is quite simply the best heating engineer I have met. He is polite and friendly, his communication is clear and concise, he accepts a challenge and finds solutions and the quality of his work is exemplary. Paul did everything he could to meet our needs and made intelligent, well-considered suggestions to resolving any small complications. The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard. I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
