I had a really great experience - I contacted plumber Moe when I discovered there was a leak in my en-suite bathroom, he was really prompt to respond and talked through the issue really thoroughly with me over the phone. It was easy to then book an appointment online for the next day, Moe arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable when investigating the leak. He was able to find out the problem and explain to me very clearly what was happening and how to fix it. He was very friendly and also took a look at a wobbly kitchen tap for me as I still had 15 mins left within the appointment :) Would definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent service! Moe and his team replaced an old broken boiler and a water tank that was on its last knees. They did a great job at a sensible price. But icing on the cake, the job was fitted in at the last minute over the weekend - which my family and I really appreciated!

Moe was recommended to me by one of the leaseholders on an estate in East London where I own a property and am a resident director of the management company with 649 . I had an issue with one of the valves on a shower unit in my own property having been pushed too far. I contacted a number of plumbers to resolve the issue. Moe requested pictures of the problematic valve, called me to to perform an initial diagnosis and visited the property with his assistant the same day. He investigated the issue, gave me a breakdown of the costs for parts, labour and expedited delivery of parts. The problem was resolved within 48 hours of his first visit. I later contacted Moe to ask about the alignment of the levers on the valves. He offered to visit to resolve this immediately to meet my precise requirements. Fantastic, honest ,.knowledgeable service and a pleasant chap aswell. I would highly recommend Moe for any of your future plumbing needs.
