Matt came to replace my old boiler system with a new combo boiler. The work was completed within the day and Matt left the house clean and tidy once finished. He was polite, respectful and courteous throughout, involving me if decisions needed to be made and explaining everything clearly. Matt took the time to walk me through how the new boiler works. I sometimes find having people in to fix things on the house stressful but Matt was great to have in the house, we even ended up singing along to the radio together! The boiler at the property stopped working on Christmas Eve day and Matt responded promptly to the call to attend and investigate(even though most of the companies shutdown and families got together for the festive times). As the boiler needed replaced,Matt made his best to sort the case as soon as the suppliers opened their doors after Christmas.
