We were delighted to find Tudor Plumbing and even more delighted that Carl was able to slot us in to his schedule on the day we discovered water trickling down our sitting room wall! He was extremely thorough and seemed to have cured the problem. However, when the leak started up again he was available to discuss over the weekend and rearranged his diary to fit us in first thing on the Monday. The offending pipes were cut and capped and the problem solved (pending a refit of the bathroom). A prompt and very neat & tidy worker. We would certainly highly recommend this company.

Tudor plumbing has just completed a total downstairs toilet refurb. Carl’s work ethic and expertise was second to none. He was totally professional, reliable and meticulous to detail. I have used Tony for a few years now. New boiler and radiators fitted and never had a problem. He does all the annual servicing for me, booking is made quick and simple and he is very reliable.

Contacted Tony on the problem in June , he came over in a couple of days and assessed the old keston boiler which was now 20 years old. Having surveyed the site , he sent through a quote in a couple of days , fully itemized. The idea was to replace the boiler and tank and connect up to the existing Nest thermostat so life could go on as normal. We scheduled the work and was completed in circa 3 days with him and his Son (Oli). Both did their work without any fuss and we had hot water and central heating without any drama. They did a clean job and took the old boiler for scrap. Thank Oli& Tony, see you next year for our regular service.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry, a knowledgeable and pleasant chap – especially in a crisis.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

Harry dealt with my bathroom leak brilliantly and was great to liaise with from start to finish. When our boiler failed, Sines went out of their way to ensure we were up and running again as quickly as possible. Sarah in the office did a great job getting the appointments organised and keeping us well informed. Steve and the team were so professional and efficient, installing the new boiler and dealing with other issues with the existing setup that became apparent during the course of the work. It was all completed within the day, they were clean and tidy and carefully explained what they had done and how it all worked. Sines went above and beyond, and the workmanship was excellent. Can’t say how great these guys are. My mums boiler completely went a week before Xmas and they rushed around to sort out a boiler and installed it in 24hrs! Can’t thank them enough for this as my 74 year old mother had heat and hot water back on within a day. Steve and his crew were polite, clean and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone

Andy came within 30minutes of the phone call on a Saturday to attend to a blocked sewage drain. I’m so glad I found him, because it was an emergency and the few people I tried would either only be able to attend more than 48 hours later or they made me feel like they were taking advantage of my situation and wanted to charge over the odds. Not only did Andy unblock the drain, but he sorted the issue out so that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m glad to now have his details saved in my phone, and glad I know have a “go to” guy when it comes to plumbing and drainage issues.

I have called A & B Plumbing & Drainage in two occasions. One for a block toilet a few weeks ago and today for a blocked pipe. In both occasions the response so fast, they came within 2 hours. Fantastic service from Ben and the team this week. We finally took the plunge and updated our old heating system. Ben was great from the start, explaining the process, sending a quote and completing the job within the time frame. They were really clean and considerate to us as there were times we were at home.
