So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can not recommend Dicky highly enough.

I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

Had the guys round to quote a boiler replacement. Their quote was the best price I had received from any engineers in the area. They carried out the works promptly and professionally and kept me closely updated throughout the whole process. Even better, they were really respectful around covid preferences and kept their masks on the entire time. They even disinfected the entire are after, which was a real touch of class. I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Needed an emergency call out earlier this evening. Had what seemed to be a small inconsistent leak down my wall from the ceiling, which turned into a full-on gushing leak! Admittedly I rang another company beforehand but they said they'd be at least 3 hours. Cruise Dale however turned up within 30mins being nice and local, identified where the leak was coming from and sorted it speedily! Would highly recommend them! Chap that turned up was also really polite and understanding given my stressful situation.

Graham is a genius! He’s worked on our house for over 10 years and in that time, he’s installed two underfloor heating systems, adapted our central heating, and regularly services our gas boiler. Due to the nature of the house renovation none of the jobs have been straightforward, but Graham’s ever positive manner, planning and attention to detail has ensured all systems work faultlessly. The quality of his work is exceptional and he goes the extra mile – such as hiding a manifold system inside a cavity wall (photo attached). His knowledge is huge and he has a genuine passion for what he does, offering honest advice and solving every problem you can throw at him. He is the consummate professional; friendly, trustworthy, efficient and just great to have around. In my opinion there are few like him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

Steve fitted external pipework and a new shower after a leak from behind the shower wall, where the water pipes originally sat. It was a 2 stage job either side of the tiler (who repaired the wall and tiles, damaged by an emergency plumber accessing the leak). Steve worked quickly and his communication was always good. No fuss, tidy, polite and helpful. I am pleased to recommend SMV Plumbing and Heating.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! I am just moving to the area so don't know any local people or companies yet. After a gas engineer from another company had to cancel on me last minute, I called WTS in a bit of a panic and they were able to send me someone that same day, and at a reasonable price. Carl was professional and polite, and he showed up exactly on time. With pandemic measures in place (mask, gloves etc.) he still managed to be friendly as well as safe! One thing I would say is that there seems to be a problem with their phone system, in that the call was never able to connect when I was ringing them (not my phone, as I tested it with other numbers and it was working fine). But WTS were quick to ring me back and that connection always worked. Thank you for helping me out at the last minute. I will absolutely be calling WTS if I need their services again!

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Thank you Ollie, Nick, Jamie and team for doing a wonderful job! We have had our boiler replaced and moved into the loft and out the way, as recommended by Ollie because in future we plan to remodel the kitchen and didn’t want the boiler in the way. From the initial enquiry to completion of works Ollie and his team have been so professional, transparent and informative. As inconvenient as it is having renovations at home, this team were absolutely fantastic - clean, on time, and efficient, hardly made any noise. I only found out after the job was completed that Ollie ran into some unexpected troubles with our old pipes being in bad shape but he fixed all issues without even bothering us once. The price given was very fair given the quality of work, and I would certainly recommend this company in future with confidence.

My central heating system was very old and inefficient and when one of the radiators sprung a leak I contacted Wing's Property Service. I am so glad that I did - they came along and changed all of my radiators with the minimum disturbance and then took the time to power flush and service the system and leave me with a super efficient set up which will serve me well into the future. I could not recommend them enough - the owner Ollie is very enthusiastic and fully committed to customer service and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled. Undoubtedly Wing's Property Services is now my go to plumber!

From first point of contact, Oliver was very helpful and informative and kept me up to date with everything. Oliver quickly organised his engineer to come out to us. On arrival Mason was very polite and helpful. Mason was very informative and done a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for Mason. We were impressed with the whole service from beginning to end.
