I contacted Therm Heat when my boiler stopped working on the morning of Christmas Eve, leaving me without heating or hot water. They responded very promptly and an engineer arrived within a few hours and the issue was swiftly fixed. Nathan from Thermheat has just completed the change-over to a combi-boiler over the last few days and I couldn't recommend him and his company highly enough. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful and I didn't hesitate to use them for quite an expensive job as I know them to be extremely trustworthy having used them for the last few years. I did get other quotes and ask many questions which they answered quickly and honestly and am so glad I went with them. We used Therm Heat to replace a sealed heating system with an unvented cylinder system with new boiler, install a new gas line and hob and remove a gas fireplace. ThermHeat recently installed a Worcester Bosch gas boiler and associated items in our utility room. The installation was performed extremely efficiently with no problems and in the time quoted. The subsequent power flush was also performed to the same standard. We were kept informed of progress throughout the installation in case any queries arose. Great emphasis was placed on keeping the area tidy and removing all the rubbish resulting from removal of the old boiler. The whole job was done to the highest standard and at a reasonable cost, significantly cheaper than the equivalent quote by British Gas.

Nathan fitted a new boiler and power flushed the system. He worked independently and kept us updated at all times as to what was required and what task he was completing. He was punctual, polite and worked in a tidy manner. The work was completed to an excellent standard and we are very happy with the service we received.
