Had an engineer called David come out, after failed repair of 2 other engineers. Great knowledge and amazing customer service from him. Other engineers from other company said it wasn't repairable early in the week. David diagnosed it was just the fan, ordered part and was back next day. Pretty much saved £3000 from buying a new boiler because his expertise, apparently he did his apprenticeship when he was younger just on boilers with British Gas.

What a truly great service ,Service Plus has delivered. The engineer was Connor who came around on a Sunday afternoon when our boiler had broken down. He determined immediately that the problem was not the boiler but something else, and was able to return and fix it by Tuesday morning in an amazingly professional manor. It was not just that Connor was such a knowledgeable and brilliant plumber, he is also a really great guy

We had a young man called Jack came to look at the boiler because it was losing pressure. He examined the boiler closely and could not see anything wrong. He then examined all our radiator valves and found one of them was leaking. He did a brilliant job, very polite and friendly and explained everything that he was doing. I would highly recommend this company and hope we get this guy back when our boiler need’s servicing

I recently had Jack come to my house to fix a burst pipe, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Jack was incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived, immediately assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done. His polite and professional manner put me at ease straight away. He worked quickly and efficiently, clearly very skilled, and he even took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood the work he was doing. Jack is truly an asset to the team and absolutely deserves a pay rise for his outstanding service! Highly recommended!

Just had Simon and Jack round to install new central heating boiler and replace all thermostatic radiator valves, and have to say that these guys are very courteous, professional and provided a superb service. It was a pleasure having them working in the house and I can heartily recommend their services.
