9am Monday morning, we asked B&K to look at a fault with our 20 year old combi boiler where the central heating had stopped working. They were able to visit by 4pm the same day. The engineer explained that the issue could be due to one or two parts that needed replacing. He provided a quote for replacing the first part, whilst the second part unfortunately was no longer made. He suggested that replacing the first part might not resolve the issues and it might be worth while replacing the boiler but suggested that we think about it over night, allowing allow us time to come to a decision. The following morning I spoke to B&K's office staff to confirm that we would like a quote for a new boiler and their installation surveyor visited at lunch time. We had an email containing the quote sent to by the end of the day. On Wednesday, having exchanged 2 or 3 email of myself asking various questions and B&K promptly, thoroughly and clearly answering, we decided to go ahead with a new boiler. By 4pm on Friday the same week, we had a new boiler fitted. The installation engineers that visited worked the full day. Took care not to damaged our kitchen cabinets/worktop and were polite, considerate and informative. I should point out that our old boiler was located in an awkward cupboard, so I am grateful that they managed to replace it without issue. We chose B&K, because we know that as a local business, they have been operating for many years. We wanted to deal with a person and not a call center. Thank you B&K.

B & K installed a complete heating system for us including 7 radiators whilst we were on holiday. Being way from the house was perfect for us as we had no disruption to our daily lives. Also it was easier for the heating engineers as they could work as they pleased. When we returned we were so impressed by the way they had left the house so tidy. It was great to see the new boiler and radiators. Hamish came back to complete a couple of jobs and was friendly and very competent. We are so pleased we decided to use B & K to carry out such a major job. We would definitely use them in the future and they will be servicing our new boiler every year from now on!
