If you're looking for a reliable plumber, I strongly recommend you call Flowright Plumbers. I've been using them for about a year now for various plumbing and heating jobs done on my rental properties and have never had an issue with their service. They always show up on time and call before they arrive to let me know when they expect to be at my tenants house. The guys are polite and professional, so it's hard to find anything bad to say about them!

Was having Issues all over with my plumbing, I contacted Flowright plumbers Woking and as soon as they come round, they were very professional and helped put me at ease straight away, not only did they fix all issues they also showed me how the issued had happened and the best way to prevent them in the future! Would definitely recommend.

Rang to ask for help stopping leak from shower pump which was dripping into the living room. Got a callback immediately, and a visit within minutes as the plumber was working nearby. He couldn't have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem and resolved the immediate cause there and then. Wouldn't hesitate to ring again.

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you

Simon came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating. Not only did he do a great job fixing an old boiler , he also serviced it. Very happy with the work, friendly and helpful advice. Definitely calling him out again.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! A most helpful Company quickly responding to my request for help. The engineer was very obliging, explaining the procedures necessary to locate the water leak from the outside meter to stop cock within the property. Very pleased! and satisfied!

Excellent service from the Specialist Leak Detection company. Was able to get an appointment within a few days and the booking process was really easy. The engineer was extremely friendly and professional and sourced the leak issue quickly and efficiently. He was also able to provide insurance advice which was really helpful. Would highly recommend!

The service was fantastic. We had a leak in our cellar which was attended to by a different company who left and charged when the stop cock couldn’t be found. The service was very polite over the phone providing reassurance of the type of work that would be carried out. The engineer (Tyler) arrived promptly and was very friendly and helpful. He worked tirelessly to locate the leak having to navigate 3 properties in the process due to a shared supply. He conducted numerous testing including sound and gas testing and established there was no leak in the mains pipe. He then went above and beyond and put red dye in the bath to see if further down the line in a couple of days the waste water pipes could be causing the leak. He was very helpful very knowledgable and tried his level best to assist. I would recommend this company to anyone and Tyler particularly thank you so much for your help. 5 stars

Can’t say how great these guys are. My mums boiler completely went a week before Xmas and they rushed around to sort out a boiler and installed it in 24hrs! Can’t thank them enough for this as my 74 year old mother had heat and hot water back on within a day. Steve and his crew were polite, clean and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone

Excellent and professional services provided by Sines when we had an emergency when our boiler broke beyond repair. Customer service provided a swift and sympathetic response. Steve and Ben worked hard and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable priced new boiler and would highly recommend.

When our boiler failed, Sines went out of their way to ensure we were up and running again as quickly as possible. Sarah in the office did a great job getting the appointments organised and keeping us well informed. Steve and the team were so professional and efficient, installing the new boiler and dealing with other issues with the existing setup that became apparent during the course of the work. It was all completed within the day, they were clean and tidy and carefully explained what they had done and how it all worked. Sines went above and beyond, and the workmanship was excellent. Slow draining toilet and bath. Let down by another company so called these guys. They were out within an hour. Rates extremely competitive. Problem identified to roots growing in the sewage pipe and quickly cleared and the backlog cleared. They would be 5* other than the fact they only take cash or cheque and I was unable to pay using debit card so had to nip down the shop to get some cash out. Otherwise it was a brilliant service and I would recommend to anyone. They don't rip you off which is my primary concern when using a trade I don't know.

From Cheryl answering the phone to our drains being unblocked it was a seamless and quick transaction. Andrew and Richard turned up within an hour and had the drain unblocked quickly and successfully. They were very knowledgeable and shared some great advice going forward regarding the maintenance of the drain. Whilst I hope not to use again (!) I will definitely call on J&G due to the whole turnkey customer experience received today.

Very happy wit Mulgas. They fitted our boiler several years ago, including a change of location and removing old tanks. They have since serviced the boiler annually. They are professional, tidy, friendly. Can't fault them! Thank you.

Great experience with a full gas boiler and radiator system install (x12 radiators) - was previously electric heating only. Dave walked us through process was fine for us to choose own radiator style, Mulgas sources them, Craig and Steve installed with minimum disruption, always polite. Chased into walls, insulated pipes in loft, connected to new gas supply, fitted extractor external flume through thick wall. Given bungalow all pipework went overhead so alot of loft work. No problems 12 months on. Would highly recommend - they don't just service boilers they install them(!)
