Went to the shop to get some plumbing supplies for the house, ended up having good chat with the owner Harry! He gave great advice for the work I'm doing at home, super helpful gentleman. A wide variety of products at the shop. Also ended up buying bathroom and living room tiles from here, great quality and delivered on time!

Best plumbing shop in area, they have all the plumbing stuff including boilers radiators towel rails copper pipes under floor heating, tiles and they also have nice big show room for customer come to visit, I highly recommend these friendly professional people especially Mr Harry.

Our 17-year-old boiler started to leak recently. After getting a couple of quotes for installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler, I chose Boilergurus to do the work as they have good reviews, their estimate was competitive and they could fit our job in quickly. Lydia in the office was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Michal and Adrian who did the work were knowledgeable, approachable and very hard-working. The boiler was installed in one day so our heating was back on by the evening. There were a couple of small snags to address afterwards, which were resolved a couple of days later. My only slight reservation is that it was clear the guys have no slack in their schedule, so it’s difficult for them if anything unexpected happens – I imagine the run up to Christmas is particularly busy, so this may not always be the case. Overall, a very good experience with Boilergurus.

Boilergurus are amazing, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I recently used another boiler repair company but was left disappointed. Someone recommended to try Boilergurus, and I am grateful they did. It’s so nice to find tradesmen that you trust. They did the job quickly and professionally, kept the place clean, and were nice people all round. Losing heating and hot water in the winter is a nightmare, and Lydia was able to move things about so that they could fit us in within just a few days. I am super grateful for them, and would recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler or servicing!

I’ve had a first class experience with Boilergurus. From the initial call where the problem was easily identified and cost worked out up front. Great communication throughout so I knew what was going on and with a very knowledgeable hardworking engineer was able to get the recent issue resolved quickly. I have used Boilergurus several times now and each time have been very helpful and able to sort the issues from installing a new boiler to motorised valve.

Simon came out at short notice to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating. Not only did he do a great job fixing an old boiler , he also serviced it. Very happy with the work, friendly and helpful advice. Definitely calling him out again.

I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! I would highly recommend Dennis. Super service from start to finish. Dennis identified and resolved our ongoing underfloor heating issues within 30minutes. There was no call out charge or other silly fees. He charged us for 30 minutes labour despite being at the property for over an hour. Will be using for our regular services going forward. Brilliant!

Simon has been loooking after our boiler and plumbing for at least 10 years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He does our annual boiler services reliably and always responds quickly in emergencies.
