I had an outside tap which was running continuously and couldn’t be turned off. Gavin arrived at the time he said he would, was friendly, helpful and polite. He had the part he needed on his van so was able to complete the work within the callout period. Happy with all aspects.

I was seeking a new plumber for a boiler service after the retirement of my previous supplier. It's important to find a service that is reliable, competent and trustworthy. Gavin proved to be all of those things and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I've had Gavin over for a couple of plumbing jobs and most recently with Kevin for replacement boiler and heating system flush. They both clearly know what they're doing and I'm very happy to recommend them (and will be calling on them again in future). Competitively priced, knowledgeable, clean up after their work and are genuinely decent guys which I think counts for a lot.

Gavin was extremely professional and efficient. We were in a bit of a pickle, he talked us through our options, he took care of ordering our boiler for us. He arrived bang on time, removed our old boiler and installed the new one, registered all the paperwork, and cleaned up all by lunch time. We are very happy to recommend him to anyone.

Incredible from start to finish. We contacted G20 to replace a sink in our kitchen. Gavin was timely in coming out to look at the work required, and the quote came shortly after for a great price. On the day, Gavin was fantastic, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently to top standards. We're so happy with the new sink and it's transformed the kitchen - I cannot recommend Gavin and G20 enough! If there's any Plumbing/Heating related work we need doing in the future, G20 will be our 'go-to'.
