OMG major boiler & heating problem at a tenant's flat - just as I was about to board a plane .... thank goodness for Darren. He came to the rescue, quickly, at a weekend, dealt with the tenants directly and took all the stress out of the situation for me - and without being ripped off with outrageous call out charges. Since then, he and Guy have also flushed and balanced my radiators, serviced my boiler, fixed a leaking bath problem and carried out a gas inspection. They are always responsive, professional, reasonably priced, respectful of my home and nice people to do business with as they say :-) I'd have no hesitation recommending them.

I cannot recommend Darren and Guy highly enough. After a disastrous experience with an emergency gas engineer, Darren saved my boiler from an untimely end at a fraction the cost I was quoted and with half the hassle. They've since gone over and above every time I've called them out. Easy to contact, polite, efficient and really nice guys to boot.
