James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted.
