Sam did an excellent job evaluating the situation in our home, while Nathan carried out the boiler replacement smoothly and efficiently. Both of them were punctual, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to their efforts, our family—who had been without stable hot water and heating for over two months—can finally enjoy the comfort of a warm and functioning home again. Very good experience with Thames Flame who performed a replacement of old gas pipes with minimum fuss and strong communication, transparency on pricing, throughout. Dominic, who did the work, was excellent and had a very nice manner. Recommended.
