We first used Deacon plumbing back in 2020 to install our new bathroom and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.They installed the shower , toilet , bath and sink with professionalism and precision. Since then they have returned and fitted a new downstairs toilet and sink, new boiler and central heating system. It’s rare to find a team who combine great workmanship with clear communication and I’m pleased to say they delivered on both. We highly recommend Deacon plumbing for any plumbing work that is needed.

Ross & Lee have completed several jobs for us over the years, including installing a new boiler last year and adding a sink to my home beauty business room. This month, they fully renovated our bathroom, and we are extremely happy with the result. They worked very hard, showed up every day, and always left the space tidy. We highly recommend them.

Got to love Dean. We are new customers, and he is now our go to plumber, (sorry, your just too good at your job). Reliable, hard working. Dean put in our Combi boiler, and then we had him back for a small leak in our toilet. Lets face it, having a new boiler installed is a bit of a upheaval, but Dean was on the job promptly each day, and beavering away, to get the installation in for us, and in the time and cost frame. Can not say how happy we were with it, after putting up with our awful boiler for so long. Toilet leak was quickly assessed and fixed, so excellent job. Thanks Dean

Dean came out after 10pm to help with the overflowing cistern on my toilet that I couldn't stop. I was very happy with how quickly he was able to come out, especially as it late, and how quickly he fixed the issue. He had a friendly manner and dealt with it all professionally. The price was very good as well. I would recommend to anyone and should I need plumbing services again I won't hesitate to get back in contact.

Dean is very well recommended locally and we have previously used him for occasional odd jobs and he has been fantastic, reliable and at a fair price. We wanted to get rid of our immersion tank heating system and get a combi boiler installed. He did this over a period of two day, the work was to a very high standard, he was very clean and tidy, great communication through out and his price was fair. He is very trustworthy and that’s what matters the most, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and we have already planned to use him for some other jobs

Brand new bathroom install, brand new boiler install in two homes now by John The Plumb. Delighted with all work done and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Gas safety checks done each year wlso so I know my home is safe.

John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John is friendly and is clearly focused on providing a first class 6 star service to his customers. John was recommended to us by good friends, who live in his neighbourhood. We had suffered a catastrophic failure and were left without heating and hot water in early February. From the beginning John was quick to respond, friendly, informative and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Arriving the next day at 7:30am to assist. His work was quick, tidy and really efficient. Johns time keeping and communication is without fault. I felt completely at ease allowing him to work in the house whilst we both continued our day jobs. If he needed to pop out he’d text and always made sure the house was left secure. John didn’t oversell his services and honestly took all the stress out of a rubbish situation.. I would highly recommend!!

Both times I've called Andrew, he's visited at very short notice. He's not only an expert plumber but he's also very courteous and takes the time to explain the possible options before proceeding. I heard about him from my neighbours who recommended him, as will I to others.

Plumbjax had to remove the spa bath that had been installed many years ago. I the. Told them what bath I wanted and an overhead shower. This was done very professionally with very little disruption. The bathroom was cleaned of all debris so we were able to use the bathroom each night. I am very happy with all the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber

We had the system conversion from vented to unvented with a combi installation completed by Jax and the crew 2 years ago. It all went smoothly and the boiler works really well for us. Just had the second annual service done with the usual painless booking process. Overall quite happy with the company .

Had a bit of an urgent problem in the bathroom and Jacques was quick and courteous in his replies to my messages (on a Sunday!) explaining the problem and advising of fixed cost for a cistern innards replacement. On the day kept me updated with options and completed a fantastic job in Tadley, Hampshire. Highly recommend and they cover a wide area including North Hampshire.

As everyone should be these days I was a bit skeptical when Jacques replied to my post on a local Facebook page but there was something about the way he responded to my queries quickly and professionally gave me confidence to book PlumbJax to fit my new integral dishwasher.
