Having made an initial enquiry at the end of the day on Thursday, my boiler had been serviced by Monday lunchtime. I was astounded! The customer service we had from the Upsher team was exceptional, from the very first contact with the office staff to Matt doing the service in our home; we couldn't rate them highly enough. Dave arrived early after notifying me that he could, which was much appreciated. He quickly got to work, explaining what he was doing and why, and once he was finished he explained next steps and recommendations. Ten thumbs up, will definitely use Upsher again.
