Excellent service provided by Ross and Lee. I would highly recommend this company. My mother had a leaking water tank in her loft. The problem was rectified quickly they also went above and beyond by fitting an emergency shut off for the tank. They took the time to explain to my mum everything that needed to be done. They left no mess and made her feel very comfortable. We will be using this company for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

Ross & Lee have completed several jobs for us over the years, including installing a new boiler last year and adding a sink to my home beauty business room. We needed an emergency repair for our leaking shower and Jacques from PlumbJax was able to come out. He was very helpful, neat and tidy fixing the leak. Jacques is very personable and friendly and we can't thank him enough.

Plumbjax had to remove the spa bath that had been installed many years ago. I the. Told them what bath I wanted and an overhead shower. This was done very professionally with very little disruption. The bathroom was cleaned of all debris so we were able to use the bathroom each night. As everyone should be these days I was a bit skeptical when Jacques replied to my post on a local Facebook page but there was something about the way he responded to my queries quickly and professionally gave me confidence to book PlumbJax to fit my new integral dishwasher. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. Fully recommend Aquarius Plumbing. Excellent service, kept me informed of arrival time. They had 3 jobs to do, replace toilet cistern in a sealed vanity unit (which was done without any damage to the unit), replace 2 toilet seats & replace valve in a radiator. They didn't leave until they had checked everything, including heating was working OK. All mess was thoroughly cleared away.

No need to look any further for a plumber. After my parents were recommended to Paul, and they recommended him to us, Paul installed two designer radiators for us, plus a boiler service. Paul didn’t just arrive early and work hard but he exceeded expectations in every respect. The boiler service went way beyond anything the last two plumbers did. His fastidiousness left the boiler better than new. The pipework for the radiators is a work of art. We were going to box the pipes in but it’s so neat and intricate that we’re thinking about leaving it on show. I learnt a lot from Paul and would be more than happy to recommend him. He didn’t even leave a speck of dust. Just don’t change your radiators when it feels like -5 outside!

I have used Paul now for over 25 years. I have always found him to be extremely reliable and hard-working. He is very trustworthy and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. On this occasion he fitted a new kitchen tap but over the many years I have used him he has replaced two boilers, fitted a new toilet, carried out repairs to toilets and replaced radiators and valves all to a very high standard.

Brand new bathroom install, brand new boiler install in two homes now by John The Plumb. Delighted with all work done and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Gas safety checks done each year wlso so I know my home is safe.

John helped us out with a faulty boiler at the 7th Heaven Studio. We were really grateful that he was able to visit us in a timely manner to check out the fault and he kept us updated with news on when the new part would be delivered/installed. John contacted me after I was referred to him. He quickly came over to asses what exactly needed to be carried out. John then went away to do some research to ensure that the part I had already purchased was definitely the correct part as he didn't want to come do the install and discover that I had been incorrectly advised (by Honeywell) to source this particular thermostat. John then messaged me to confirm that the thermostat I had sourced would work with my existing boiler and he arranged to come do the installation. John completed the task in no time at all and kindly demonstrated the functionality of my new wireless thermostat. As mentioned in previous reviews, John is a very tidy worker ensuring that things were kept clear of debris as he went about the task. John is friendly and is clearly focused on providing a first class 6 star service to his customers. Having just fitted a new bathroom I had awful pressure issues. Coupled with a boiler on the way out I knew it was time to look for quotes to replace the system. After several "no you don't want that"s I finally found Chapman! Jo was friendly and happy to work around my timeframe when booking for a quote visit which really helped as I work in London. Adam appeared a day later eating into his own evening, he spent the better part of 2 hours talking me through the probable causes of my problems and the options to fix. He explained everything right down to what must be basic plumbing to me and was very patient and easy to understand throughout. It's clear that Adam can do the simple installs and the complex as, every time there was a problem, we worked through it together so I wasn't clueless towards the end. Needless to say my pressure problem is permanently solved and earlier than expected too. The new system looks the part as well, professional, clean and safe Adam even placed some extra pipe protection in the loft as I mentioned I throw things up there on occasion. All this was done for the fair and quoted price which was honoured till the end. I'll only be using Chapman in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Adam took on the challenge of improving our hot water system, after a builder left us with a huge mess. He was not phased by the task and completed the work to a very high standard, always looking after our immediate water needs. It was a pleasure to meet such a dedicated and experienced tradesman, who you can trust. I would definitely recommend Adam.

Jo was very helpful in the office throughout the whole process and Adam was very professional and honest from the quotation process right through to installation. Due to a very busy work load Adam very kindly came to fit my boiler on his day off to ensure he met the deadline we initially agreed. Very pleased with Chapman Plumbing and would highly recommend.

Adam has recently installed a Honeywell EvoHome system for me. We have a large, 1950s house with solid walls. Adam was very thorough in his survey, recommended where to site the controller for best signal, and even altered the piping to one of the radiators to put the HR92 in an optimum position for reception. As well as this, I had an antiquated setup with the pipes around the boiler and cylinder and with the wiring which Adam reworked whilst reusing as much as possible to keep costs to a minimum. Throughout his two days here, Adam was cheerful in the face of (1950s-era) adversity, chatty, tidy, etc. His knowledge of heating systems and some of the physics behind things is exemplary and should be a shining example to all his peers. I had two quotes for this work and Adam's was half the price of the other one because he recommended a pragmatic, keep it simple approach rather than trying to tackle everything at once. I anticipate a boiler upgrade in the next 12-15 months, and Adam will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Adam and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I called Marcus to fix my broken shower waste and pipes, which was heavily clogged. He was also able to fix my leaking basin and properly fit the towel rail to the wall.
