Lui was around today to deal with a leaky pipe, plus replacement taps, lovely guy was on time and completed the job at the quoted price, absolutely no problems recommending and as he is aware we have additional work to be carried out and he is first in line for the work...

Lui came to assess a leak we had and was very transparent about costings as well as possible causes up front. He resealed our bath and did a good job. He’s very personable and also willingly answered some general plumbing questions that I had. I would use him again!

Lui was great in helping us replace our previous cabinet, sink and tap into a new, freestanding unit attached to the wall. He also helped us install a new filter tap in the kitchen. We are really pleased in the quality of work and would recommend to all!

Great service. Lui - said he will arrive at a certain time. And he did arrive on time. Fixed my leaking toilet - offset connector. Fitted an additional pipe. Did all that Within 50 mins. Left the place clean and tidy. Brilliant. Nice to see someone that’s not just here to rip off customers like some cowboys in London. He is very trust worthy and reliable. Thank you very much. 10/10
