An appointment for a boiler service was straightforward to arrange and an engineer attended the following day. All work was satisfactory.

My boiler was installed in 2020 and I have only had one fault. This was rapidly resolved, with a replacement part fitted by Vaillant. The annual service has always been carried out with professionalism, by very efficient engineers.

Very speedy call out, explained what the problem was and the remedy and most importantly the approximate cost. Worked quickly, cleared up any mess, which was kept to a minimum anyway. Both engineer and person who took the first call were polite and helpful, I found this company to be very professional.
