He was patient and persistent in identifying the root cause and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. We enquired by email about our faulty thermostat and followed up with a phone call. Gabriel explained over the phone what the issue was, and what our options were. The next day he came over with the new thermostat and changed it in just a few minutes. Very efficient, very professional, and very nice too. Highly recommend.

Gabriel was quick reliable and ultra professional - replacing some pipe valves and installing a new washing machine. I would happily recommend Gabriel! I have called him out a few times for issues with my boiler and have never been let down by him. I don't really like having workmen in the flat, especially when I'm home alone, but he has always been so professional and put me at ease!
