Alex was absolutely fantastic, we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We called him at 2pm on a Friday and he was round to look at the boiler by 4.30pm. Great service and very friendly. He gave us some tips on boiler maintenance and wasn’t pushy at all. We’ll definitely use Alex again and would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent! Alex came highly recommended by a local tradesman. Upon understanding this was an emergency (boiler issue - faulty diverter causing the electrics to trip with no hot water), he came on short notice after a job he was working on, worked out quickly what issue was, made a number of calls to boiler manufacturer and also merchants for the replacement part, THEN came back again at 9pm (after all his other jobs) to install so that my tenant could have hot water that same evening! Amazingly considerate!

I have never met such a hardworking, polite and skillful professional! I am based overseas and he made sure to keep me informed about the issue with photos/videos via WhatsApp, as well as costs, and in the end, he even saved me money from the original estimate. Highly highly recommended! Alex is a total gem who is now on my speed dial for all my London plumbing needs.

Contacted Alex for a boiler service and to work out why my underfloor heating wasn't working. He was punctual, polite and efficient. He identified the issue with the heating, sourced a spare part and replaced. He was extremely helpful and clear in his explanations. Would highly recommend, and would absolutely use again in the future.

Our heating stopped working last night and I called Alex first thing this morning. He was (thankfully) able to come round in the hour to fix it before another job. Really nice person and honest - did a great job, communicated everything clearly and explained and highlighted the work he had done plus I thought he was very reasonably priced as well. Thankfully back to having heating and water on this morning - lifesaver!

Given other experiences I’ve had - I really wish all people in the trade were like Alex.

My boiler has stopped working. We had no heating and hot water. I called all my regular boiler engineers and they were all booked. I went online and found Boiler Doctor & Co. On a Sunday, I called Alex and he was so attentive, professional and helpful. He advised me not to waste my money having him come out on a Sunday night, and to wait till the morning. He gave me the first appointment on Monday. He came to the property in Shepherds Bush looked at the problem, and then went to buy the parts. My sister's flat also had the same problem and he went to Acton to repair her boiler also. We are extremely pleased with Alex. He is VERY professional and gets the job done quickly. I 100% recommend him.
