Fabio came over to look at our showers and the kitchen tab. It was fantastic job, and he was very friendly and nice! We have more work to do later on, but looking forward to the renovation! Highly recommend. Very good with communication and payment was easy with clear job description!

Very professional and very good service. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. His job was also excellent, he is very knowledgeable about boilers and new systems. 100% recommended

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from the Reliant team. My boiler broke over Christmas and reliant were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Ricky was round quickly to diagnose, and was reluctant to tell me all of the problems there were with my very old boiler. I decided to replace it and again received fab service from Dennis. They responded quickly, have done great work, were clean and tidy despite having to move multiple appliances to reach the boiler, took their time to show me how to use it and even took care around my pet! All of this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back for any issues I have in the future and would recommend to everyone.

Faris was a nice guy and a great engineer, not only did he fix my boiler he also gave me some advice after I had been scammed by a different company who put a lot of pressure on to upsell me a new boiler. He assured me that my boiler was in good condition and did not need to be replaced so he saved me a considerable amount of money. Excellent engineers. Have used for more than 10 years and would not go anywhere else. Fixed a leaking boiler in my rental property quickly and efficiently. Managed my tenants really well and kept me in the loop both with arrival times and what the problem was. These are people you can trust to do a good job.

After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

The plumber, Matthew, came at relatively short notice due to my narrow time limit for the work; he worked at a fast, efficient pace; his manner was pleasant; he completed the job I had asked him to do and gave me the option of booking him for further improvements if desired; he only requested payment on completion of the job after he had he accommodated my request for receipt paperwork; he checked that all systems were in working order before he left. We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

I highly recommend Yari from Upper Plumbers. I was introduced to him recently and he's done a couple of jobs for me. So easy to communicate with, scrupulously punctual, efficient and tidy, and very transparent about his charges.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Roofing to anyone. I spoke to Paul who confirmed a date and time to quote on my roofing work. Paul arrived on time and was so informative as to the issues with my roof, after he fully assessed the problem. He was on my roof for over 20 minutes making sure all the repairs needed were detailed to me. He gave me a date and time for the work to commence, detailed the issues and what work was needed to rectify those issues, then game me a written quotation. On starting the work, Pail and his team arrived promptly and started work immediately. His teams were so polite and professional at all times. The work was completed to a great standard, on time and at the price quoted. Before they left, all read were swept up and clean. I would like to thank Paul and his team for a job well done.

I called Britannia to look into a leak on a shared gutter that had been ongoing for several years and not properly addressed by other roofing contractors. As soon as the team arrived they took time to examine the roof, taking pictures and providing a thorough assessment of the issue. The team highlighted that the enclosed and tight nature of the roof and gutter meant that water was not being dispersed resulting in overflow into both properties. Paul and the team set to work in stripping the affected area rebuilding the enclosed valley and lining both roofs so that rain water could only escape through the gutter. Throughout the works the team took photos, videos and water tested all all stages. Since the work was completed we have had several heavy downpours and the roof is bone dry with no more leaks. If you have any roofing needs then I could not recommend Britannia more highly in every aspect of work from the identification of the issue, communication, testing and quality of workmanship and materials.

We'd had a long-standing issue with bad plumbing in our kitchen sinks and lots of other plumbers giving us the run around. Thankfully, Britannia fixed all of this without the least bit of fuss - professional, high-quality work and courteous, would highly recommend.

*5 Stars for Engineer Daniel from Maintracts!* I can't recommend Daniel from Maintracts highly enough. After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! Daniel’s professional, prompt and honest assessment not only saved me from the unnecessary and costly replacement suggested by Pimlico Plumbers, but also showcased his exceptional expertise. Thanks to Daniel, I avoided a significant financial burden!

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We enquired by email about our faulty thermostat and followed up with a phone call. Gabriel explained over the phone what the issue was, and what our options were. The next day he came over with the new thermostat and changed it in just a few minutes. Very efficient, very professional, and very nice too. Highly recommend.

Gabriel was quick reliable and ultra professional - replacing some pipe valves and installing a new washing machine. I would happily recommend Gabriel! I have called him out a few times for issues with my boiler and have never been let down by him. I don't really like having workmen in the flat, especially when I'm home alone, but he has always been so professional and put me at ease!
