Sergiu was professional, responsive, good value and administered great work. I had a leak that various plumbers couldn’t work out and he came in and did it the same day including drilling through concrete. Very happy with his work and I strongly recommend him!

Thank you Serjiu. The plumbing in my shed has been an absolute nightmare with constant bursting of pipes! Constantine is a very nice, kind and polite man. He replaced my broken indoor pipe valves with special levers easily. I'm so glad we checked the shed first before he left as he discovered another leak outside this time, where the pipes had broken connectors, then fixed it straight away! I will definitely be using your company again.

I had a water leak on the mains supply in the kitchen and urgently needed help.I contacted Well-Done Heating and they responded immediately. They were extremely professional and polite while gathering the information from me. They then dispatched an engineer soon after and he arrived on time. He was very experienced as he knew exactly what to do and had all the tools for the job. The engineer completed the repair very quickly, then cleaned up. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Well-Done Heating when my father's boiler stopped working. I spoke to Sergiu and explained the issue and he was so educated and professional I was so impressed. He came over to my father's regardless of if being late in the evening and got the problem sorted.
