We have contacted Lee a couple of times now. First to service our boiler and second to repair it. Every time he has seen us quickly and provided a friendly reliable service. He is now our go to boiler man and we would also trust him with any other job. Thank you Lee!

We are absolutely thrilled (and relieved) to have found Lee and H&C! Boiler stopped working so found Lee’s details online and reached out to see if he had availability to come out. His first actions were to try and fix it remotely for us which was so, so kind! Speaking to him he was able to diagnose the problem - he asked if we had any plumbing/drainage issues recently and we did! He was able to piece the problem together quickly. It needed a call out so he prioritised us as we had no hot water or heating, came on time, got straight to fixing the issue and explained everything as he went along. Within the hour it was all fixed and working and throughout he was so pleasant! I am so impressed - I will definitely be recommending Lee and his company to anyone we know after a repair! Had Hot and Cold Installations out to do a gas connection on a gas cooker after switching from electric, fitted us in straight away and worked around times that suited us. Very professional service and would highly reccomend.
