WaterGuys have been amazing. I was recommended to use them by one of my neighbours and I am delighted. They are remarkably professional, honest and adaptable – which is a rare find in the market. They were able to efficiently advise me on the best solution for my situation, which I knew was going to a tough challenge, as I had already had two plumbers decline to help me and walk away. They have advised me on all my options, taking into considering timeframe and cost – so that I could make a well informed decision on my next best steps. I now have them on speed dial for my next plumber problem kicks off!

Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

The Waterguys did a very quick and efficient job replacing my boiler. Communication was also on point, which is so rare!
