Laurent is amazing! So responsive, friendly and keen to help. I’ve asked him to come and help with a couple of leak issues with my washing machine and he was there in a shot and super helpful and careful to tidy up after himself. He’s also hilarious, highly recommend!

Laurent is a life saver! He attends quickly, is knowledgeable and helpful and an extremely tidy worker. For example, he fixed my leaking back to the wall toilets when 2 other plumbers had failed! He really makes an effort to look after his clients, a very rare quality nowadays, especially in London. In addition he is very reasonably priced.
