From when I booked the appointment the engineer arrived at my property on the same day within minutes. Friendly engineer got straight to work and did a great job. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. I can't recommend Nilesh highly enough! After three days without heating, he came to the rescue and did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my thermostat and heating valve. I contacted NP Works for replacing some radiators. Nil was very quick to respond and organised coming around to have a look. He gave us clear advice regarding radiator types, which was very useful to someone who does not know much about radiators. He scheduled in the job promptly. There were some issues with our walls and heating supply which Nil dealt with quickly whilst keeping me informed throughout. The new radiators are working very well indeed! We also had them install a light in the living room, which was perfomed efficiently by Sean. I received a detailed invoice and Nil has subsequently been in contact to ensure things have been functioning smoothly. Communication with NP Works has been much better than most teams I've dealt with! Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and I will be reaching out to them again for any future house tasks.

The team were amazing! They fixed my leaking tap incredibly quickly whilst also explaining the process to me. They then noticed a leak in a pipe from my boiler (which I had forgotten to mention) and they fixed that too! Great job.

Great service for good price! I had an issue with my shower mixer for a few days which needed replacement. I reached out to Kem via whatsapp and in just in a day notice, he was able to do the replacement with no major issue. Kind guy and looks very experienced. Appreciate a lot the fast responsiveness. Kemal saved us from a Sunday kitchen nightmare. Our kitchen was flooding, and despite it being his day off, he arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We had a challenging situation with limited pipe access, but Kemal quickly assessed the problem and found a cost-effective solution. What really impressed us was his patience and professionalism - he had no problem waiting while we went to Screwfix for the needed parts. His workmanship was excellent; he cleaned up thoroughly after finishing and clearly takes pride in his work. A true professional who went above and beyond, especially on a Sunday. Would highly recommend Kemal for any plumbing emergencies.

Called Danny on a Sunday - showed up within an hour, sorted out the issue in 20 minutes, no problems. Very polite and professional, upfront about the costs (which were very reasonable given the weekend call out) , and all-round great experience. Will be relying on him for everything plumbing related from now on.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. I was introduced to Mourad through word of mouth, after having 2 different plumbers which didn't do the job correctly Mourad came and fixed the problem. His customer service is brilliant highly recommended.

This morning (8/12/2024) I contacted MK-Plumbing&Heating services over phone. It was about installing a new gas cooker. Mourad responded immediately and all completed before 11:30 am. The quality of the work was excellent in quick time. The Gas Engineer Mourad Kehal was very pleasant and friendly. If any work in plumbing/heating comes up I will first go to him only. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. I have taken the time to post my review in two locations simply as the service was the best we have ever had; and we are now considering a full shower replacement in the New Year based on this experience - something we were holding off from looking into as we couldn’t quite find the right Company. We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. A great service received. Engineer arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the heating and plumbing problem they were called out for. Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job. Overall a great service which I would recommend and I will certainly use this company again if needed.

Boiler not working. Excellent customer service on the phone. Errol diagnosed the issue, explained it and remedied it in under one hour. He clearly knows his job inside out and is easy to speak with. Good pricing. I won't hesitate to used Tailored again and will refer to friends who live locally.
