Aneil was so helpful from start to finish when I had issues with my boiler, as soon as I called him he was giving me advice on how to control the situation before he could get out to me. He did a great job, he was super friendly and professional and I would highly recommend. He's a genuinely nice person, super efficient and cleaned up everything after the job.

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Amazing plumber, would not give up until he solved a very complicated problem with our HUI/underfloor heating system, which we have had many issues with due to the way it was installed. Charged really fairly. Highly recommend Neil.

He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Alex came over on 27th Dec. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem in no time and explained everything as he went. We called and he turned up not long after which was amazing 🙂 thank you Alex!

Although he wasn’t local and couldn’t assist in person, he took the time to FaceTime me, provide advice, and suggest some practical solutions. Glenn proved to be highly knowledgeable and innovative in finding unique solutions to my bathroom installation. This involved boiler installation, plumbing and drainage installation that others deemed to difficult. I am very pleased with the standard of finish and can highly recommend his work.

Glenn was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He is clearly very experienced. We had a pipe that was leaking slightly and we wanted to get it fixed before replacing our floor. He answered my call, was able to come the next day (three hours earlier!), quickly identified that we shouldn't have a joint of that type in a floor, soldered us a new middle section of copper piping, drained our system and installed a new drainage valve while he was at it as we didn't have one. He got our radiator to work which we hadn't used for a couple of years. He was just so calm, efficient, nice and polite, he quietly got on with it! And zero mess. He'll be our first port of call now - we're lucky to have him up the road!

Glen was really prompt to visit and quote and was able to complete the urgent works we needed doing. Another firm were unsure about what to do but, he was knowledgeable and able to help. Patrik is highly organised, reliable, friendly and seems like he really cares about his business. He obviously knows boilers inside out, and doesn't over-charge. This will be my first port of call next time we have any plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with Raj amd Patric from Gasify. Raj was punctual, polite and tidy- I barely knew he was here when fixing our boiler! He was fully transparent regarding pricing and didn't go straight for the most expensive option. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and highly professional. I highly recommend.

My experience with Gasify to have a yearly boiler check done while I was away has been great! They are very trustworthy, respectful, and competent, so I could be 100% relaxed while they were carrying out the work in my property. Raj, the plumber who did the check, has been very polite, he arrived earlier but he didn't mind waiting for my cleaner to open the door. Everything was completed as agreed with no problem whatsoever. I do really recommend Gasify as a service provider and Raj as one of their plumbers!

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Duwayne is a godsend! He replaced my old boiler and had to re-site it, which was a long, challenging job. He was diligent, very through and professional. He paid attention to detail, was considerate, cheerful and very helpful. He moved furniture, for easy access, and cleaned and tidied up when he left. He explained the function of the thermostat and how to operate it. In future, I will definitely contact him for any problems and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Let me start by saying what really nice lads Dave and Steve are! We were experiencing a leak which got worse after another plumbing company came to check it out and it nearly destroyed our walls and flooring. We gave Dave a call and within a few days he came over with Steve. Dave had a good look at our bath and gave us a full diagnosis of the issue and reassured us he could get it fixed no problem. We set up an appointment and they came back and did such a great job! They fixed the leak, resealed the bath and shower screen and even replaced the side part of the bath! Dave was really fair on the price and we paid half of what the previous plumbers charged us! Dave was even kind enough not to charge us the extra 30 minutes it took to have everything sorted! Honestly can’t thank Dave and Steve enough! If you need a trusty plumber look no further and give these guys a call!
