Had an engineer called David come out, after failed repair of 2 other engineers. Great knowledge and amazing customer service from him. Other engineers from other company said it wasn't repairable early in the week. David diagnosed it was just the fan, ordered part and was back next day. Pretty much saved £3000 from buying a new boiler because his expertise, apparently he did his apprenticeship when he was younger just on boilers with British Gas.

Service Plus were called for emergency water leak from hot water cylinder under household insurance policy. They arrived next day 30 December in the morning & stopped the leak & advised new hot water cylinder required (no surprise as old one was 30 years old). Was quoted for new like for like replacement and work carried out on 2 January. Job was completed very professionally to my satisfaction. Plumber also identified a leaking roof. Work completed very fast considering it was Christmas & New Year. Highly recommend them.

Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful on both visits. He found the fault and ordered the part, getting my heating back up and running. He was efficient, friendly and tidy and checked everything was working properly before leaving. I would have given 5 stars but my part was a day late which was inconvenient for me as I had taken the day off to be home.

Just had Simon and Jack round to install new central heating boiler and replace all thermostatic radiator valves, and have to say that these guys are very courteous, professional and provided a superb service. It was a pleasure having them working in the house and I can heartily recommend their services.

Jack was incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived, immediately assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done. His polite and professional manner put me at ease straight away. He worked quickly and efficiently, clearly very skilled, and he even took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I fully understood the work he was doing.
