Had to return a defective item after a year of use. They had a replacement in stock. No quibbles, no hassle, no charge, and the new one has a 3 year guarantee from today. What's not to like.
The friendly team here seem to make everything so easy - collections/returns/advice etc. This is a really good store and most things are always in stock. No need to go anywhere else really!

Been to Screwfix in Farnham, what an absolute delight after a bad start to the day to be greeted by Tasha the duty manager and Lynda. Very helpful and keen to take the stress of shopping there away.
