Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

These five stars go to Sushama. She was brilliant, with great customer service. Felt like I was talking to a real person. She would let me know if they were looking into my question instead of me feeling I had been forgotten. Thank you, Sushama, for helping me resolve my plumbing issues.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. A plumbers number you will always want to keep. Can not be more highly recommended. BTW I rarely leave reviews, but Niall deserves this one. Very many thanks. Chris

Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Excellent service from Niall. Responded to our emergency call out immediately and attended on the same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Niall came highly recommended, from start to finish he was polite and professional. He kept in regular contact in regards to appointment times and even called on the day to let us know he was on his way. On the day itself Niall turned up and was able to diagnose the problem but didn't just leave, he waited to ensure everything was working correctly and explained everything to us and recommended some improvements. He followed up the next days to make sure everything was ok. Dealing with THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY LTD was totally hassle-free, especially in the middle of a water leak crisis damaging our home. One is left with the impression of a very well run family business, with a slick business process supported by an efficient admin back office team (shout out to Claire and Samantha). The three staff members I had dealings with (Claire, Sam & Jamie) left a very positive impression and represented the company really well. Once I’d agreed to engage their services, they emailed the scope of the work and a clear breakdown of costs. There was no pressure selling and didn’t even have to make a pre-payment. On appointment day, their engineer Jamie was waiting outside my door first thing in the morning. Using specialist equipment, Jamie worked meticulously to locate and repair the leak, doing his very best to not do too much damage. He was simply brilliant, friendly and courteous, yet extremely competent. Big shout out to Jamie K (top bloke). By the end of that working day, I’d been emailed an invoice, payment receipt and a detailed professional report for insurance claim purposes. While they aren’t cheap (that field of work isn’t), they are excellent value for money, espcially in the middle of a crisis and will provide a super professional report for insurance claim purposes. I will not hesistate to use this company again if (heaven forbid) I ever suffer the misfortune of another water leak. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

Very detailed and thorough inspection, our inspector was very experienced and knew where to look. He found 2 leaks which we thought were a rising damp issue but turned out not to be! We were close to getting expensive damp treatments but thought we'd check if we had a leak to be sure, very glad we went with this company

Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mysterious signs of damp/ leaks. Jamie was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and diagnosed the issue when numerous other plumbers, surveyors and builders have failed. Such a relief to finally get to the bottom of this mysterious damp patch and to be able to fix it. Jamie was also really good at explaining how the internal and external plumbing works in my house and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable about how my own home works!

After 4 plumbers and 2 other leak detection companies disappeared on us, The Leak Detection Company showed up, found the leak and fixed it on the day. Outstanding service! Would highly recommend.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

I can´t speak highly enough of Peperharow Plumbing. We have just used them for the second time - to replace a bathroom sink and repair a radiator - and were delighted with the work undertaken. Last time they replaced a shower for us and it too has been great ever since. I find their staff responsive, professional, reliable and helpful and their charges very reasonable. I am now recommending them to my next door neighbour.

Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Great service, would use again definitely.

Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional.
